Over the last five years, the Digital Health Ambassadors (DHA) programme, delivered by Partnership for Young London with Good Thinking and NHS England, has brought together young people aged 16-25 from across London to shape digital mental health information, resources and campaigns - ensuring youth voice was not just included, but central to decision-making.

From co-designing wellbeing content and supporting NHS youth engagement work, to creating digital campaigns that reached thousands, the Ambassadors have made a lasting contribution to how digital wellbeing support is designed and communicated.

As the DHA programme now comes to a close, we want to extend our sincere thanks to every young person, partner and supporter who made this work possible. Their impact will continue far beyond the programme.

I liked how the author explained simple ideas with clarity and connected them to real-life experiences. It shows how reflection plays an important role in learning. As a student studying in London, I often read blogs like this for inspiration during my academic journey. During busy periods, many learners also explore London Assignment Help to better manage their coursework and understand complex topics. Posts like this provide both motivation and useful insights for students.
