This briefing sheet provides an overview of the key themes explored in a half-day session looking at Challenging Our Values in Work with Young Men. We looked at how our how our values influence the way we prepare, plan and deliver services. This session provided the opportunity to reflect on how we approach difficult situations and how we can maintain balance when our own beliefs are tested within a professional setting.
