- Introductions
- Level 3 and Level 6 Apprenticeships NYA - The approval of the Level 3 (Youth Support Worker) and Level 6 (Professional Youth Worker) Apprenticeships offer new routes to Youth Work Training while “on the job”. The Level 3 is already being delivered, and the Level 6 is on target to start in some areas of the country by September. Kevin Jones, Head of Workforce for the NYA, joins us to talk through the opportunities for learners, employers and training providers to take advantage of these new qualifications
- Young Londoners Research Programme – PYL. An update on the grants available for young people and youth leads to undertake local peer led research and its links to the COVID19 recovery mission on New Deal for Young People
- YourStance - YourStance was founded by Ana Waddington, Tessa Davis and Helen Ormrod, who wanted to address the amount of young people attending the Royal London Hospital with significant injuries from Serious Youth Violence. This is now working in collaboration with the Violence Reduction Team at the Royal London, St Giles, London Ambulance Service and Barts Charity
