Collaborate for Change - for National care leavers week

Please join us for this National Care Leavers Week event to enhance care leaver support in London and across the country. 'Collaborate for Change' brings together policy makers, social care professionals, leading organisations and care experienced young people.

In collaboration with Partnership for Young London, the Mayor of London, Drive forward, London Innovation Improvement Alliance and Care Leavers Covenant.
