The Media Trust have teamed up with the Jack Petchey Foundation, YouTube and the Evening Standard to develop the vlogging skills of young people across London and Essex. This one day workshop will give you the chance to improve your media skills and learn how to shoot, edit and publish your own inspiring vlogs using only your mobile phone. With these skills, you will learn how to voice your opinions in an engaging way.

By taking part in the workshop you will have the opportunity to enter your vlog into the 2019 Vlogstar Challenge competition. You could win £500 of camera equipment, £2,000 to put towards an organisation of your choice, mentoring from a YouTube professional and work experience from one of our corporate partners.

Spaces are LIMITED and in HIGH DEMAND, so sign up now as tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

On the day:

Please bring a fully charged smartphone or tablet with plenty of memory space with your charger.

Registration is permitted between 9:45am - 11:00am on the day of the workshop. Please do not arrive later than this time.
