The session will be tailored to consider the changes and challenges that are relevant at time of delivery in relations to Covid and other relevant issues - This session will include:

• Current changes and challenges

• The effect of change on your work and the workplace

• How to support yourself and your staff

• Planning for change – start/understand/decide/implement and sustain

• Learning together from experience 

• Keeping children and young people as safe as we can during times of change
