YLF - Session 2: equalities and diversity and Practices strategies for EDIA work

The session will:

• Provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on EDIA practice within their organisations.

• Explore the cultural values that need to be embedded within the organisation for such work to be implemented.

• To reflect on current EDIA practice within organisations

• To offer good practice in relation to EDIA when working with young people.
