Visit to the American Embassy

We’re delighted to be able to offer a visit to the American Embassy in Nine Elms (the film location of The Diplomat on Netflix!) for 8 care experienced young people aged 16 – 25 years with the Assistant Cultural Attaché, John Steele, and Siroun Button, Project Researcher for Partnership for Young London. Both have been in care themselves and will be sharing their own journeys and how they got to their current positions.

The session will run until 3:30pm and include:

• Tour of the American Embassy

• Discussion on journeys to overcoming adversity

• Open Q&A on careers

• Signposting to schemes, programmes, bursaries and scholarships available
