About the Event
Thisis an INTERNAL event for City of London Corporation staff only.
As part of Black History Month, I am delighted to invite you to a talk/workshop with Sandra Vacciana from Partnership for Young London. Sandra will be introducing the charity by providing an example of how they are addressing gender and race equality, using a recent project called Know Your Roots as an example. This will be a jumping off point for everyone to explore the representation of Black women and men in the workplace.
This will be held in Room 2, of the North Wing on the 29th October from 12.00pm to 1.45pm (sandwiches and fruit provided). A series of action points to be generated on how we can increase the representation of Black women and men across all areas of the workforce in the City.
There will be a short presentation followed by discussion based activities. Due to constraints, the session is open to 30 people so do express your interest soon.
