Mental Health Series -Adverse Childhood Experiences

Adversity in childhood can predict an myriad of poor outcomes in later life. In this session we will look at how we can discuss past adversity in a safe and positive way with our service users. Our hope is that these honest conversations can help better understand some of the reasons that they may be facing particular health and/or mental health challenges and provide a pathway towards positive change.
