Integrating a trauma informed approach to practice: Action Learning Sets

Action Learning Sets involve a group of people meeting together to ‘solve’ an issue and can be used to generate and share ideas, develop practice and foster peer support.

We recognise that there can be barriers to integrating a trauma informed approach into actual practice and so this forum creates an opportunity to address these challenges, drawing on knowledge and insights from a consultant in trauma informed practice and other practitioners working across a range of contexts. It allows for an exploration of these issues in more depth, paying attention to different approaches and strategies for tackling them.

A series of three sessions is provided at 2-month intervals between February and June 2025, lasting up to 2 hours.
