Care Leavers Portal

Care leavers, as young individuals transitioning from the care system to independent living, face unique challenges in accessing consistent support and opportunities. This report explores the concept of a Care Leavers Portal as a unified platform to address the issues of inconsistency and provide care leavers with a centralized hub of resources and opportunities. The Care Leavers Portal will also focus on promoting a Pan London Offer to ensure consistent offers for care leavers across different boroughs, while keeping the report engaging and applicable beyond London.

The Care Leavers Portal serves as a web-based platform that offers care leavers a centralized hub of resources, opportunities, and support.
