Youth Work in Health Based Settings – Community of Practice

Please join us for the next community of practice on Youth Work in Health Based Settings on Tuesday 23 April 10.30 to 12.00 online. The focus for this session will be on supporting transitions with a range of practice examples. Based on the feedback from the last session we will have space to share practice in small groups on integration models with health.
