Young Londoners Fund - Session 1 equalities and diversity and Practices strategies for EDIA work

• To provide participants with an overview of equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism (EDIA) and belonging
• To offer an overview of the importance of working within an Intersectional Lens to understand and support EDIA and belonging work.
• To provide an opportunity for workers to reflect on their own social identities and privilege and how this influences their own bias and practice of EDIA
