Session 2: Developing Awareness of Vicarious Trauma

The following session is aimed at increasing awareness of vicarious trauma for staff (regardless of their role) within the organisation. Combining training input with protected time and facilitated space for reflection and exploration of experiences, the session is designed to enhance insight and to generate ideas for self-care.

To increase accessibility, session 2 will be repeated later in the year to ensure that all staff have the opportunity to attend the session.
