Partnership for Young London works to support practitioners engaged in participation with young people in London. Participation is central to services for young people, with the development of integrated youth support services and local, youth-led activities through the Youth Opportunity and Youth Capital Funds. Young people are increasingly engaged in peer inspection, in planning of services, and in voluntary and community sector commissioning. The fast-approaching 2012 Olympics will also be an important focus for young people's participation.
