London Policy Network

London Policy network is Partnership for Young London’s regular policy and practice meeting to showcase good practice, disseminate ideas and hear about latest policy, initiatives and developments in the youth sector. Attendees are cross sector drawn from range of organisations VCSE, LA’s, housing associations, central and regional government, public health.
We have the following speakers confirmed for the policy network on the Friday 22nd February 2pm-5pm, in Room 2, North Wing of Guildhall. We have the following speakers confirmed to date:
- Sandra Vacciana from Partnership for Young London will be sharing some of the opportunities available for staff and young people on the Heritage Lottery Funded programme Know Your Roots and introducing the resource pack.
- The Pan London Children in Care Council (CICC) the young people from the CiCC have been gathering and collating stories across London on three key issues; Education – accessing support; Accommodation – preparation for independent living and Money/budgeting – managing and spending. One of the Young Researchers will present on the process so far and the key findings from the report.
