Futureversity
Futureversity believes all young people have the potential to be extaordinary. We offer inspiring free courses to 11-24 year olds to develop the skills and self-belief they need to make the most of their lives.
The largest area of work is the network of summer programmes, offering diverse taster courses designed to inspire young people to try something new or explore a possible career. Participants can choose from courses ranging from investment banking to sports coaching and fashion design.
Year-round projects include Nang! Magazine, which provides journalism training and the chance for young people to produce a high quality publication that inspires their peers; Job Ready, an intensive 11-week programme that prepares young people for employment; www!, a media grants scheme and Futureversity Advisory Board (FAB) which actively involves young people in improving and developing Futureversity Advisory Board (FAB) which actively involves young people in improving and developing the charity and its projects.
